   Cartagenas economy is primarily tourism, yes, very friends, maybe to friendly? Wifi is a the marina for something like $15 a week, or I just walk to the cafe 1 block away for $1 an hour. Its a great town, Ill blog on it soon, lots to do and see, very safe.
